The Harley School Library system is comprised of two libraries: The Lower School and the Main (Middle and Upper School) libraries. The Lower School and Middle/Upper School libraries moved into their new space in the summer of 2005.

The Lower School library is adjacent to the Lower School computer lab. It houses a collection of more than 9,000 volumes, 4 computers, a Lower School library classroom and a story nook. The Middle/Upper School library holds a collection of more than 15,000 volumes, subscriptions to more than 60 periodicals, 9 computers and a portable cart with sixteen laptops. The Middle/Upper School computer lab is located close to the library. Students, faculty and staff can access the library’s catalog online through the Internet for library books, videos and cataloged websites.

The library also subscribes to numerous online periodical and reference databases, including EBSCOhost, Thomson Gale, Proquest, Britannica Online, Worldbook Online, and Country Watch. These databases are accessible at school and at home.
