Harley’s academic program provides a balance of AP and core academic subjects with ample opportunities for individual students to explore new areas of study and to find their passion or interest.
Our motto and hope for each student is “Become What Thou Art.” Our schedule offers a balance of structure and independence, preparing students for the rigor of college level courses. Students in Harley’s Upper School (Grades 9-12) are offered 18 AP classes and countless electives and opportunities for independent study. See our Curriculum Guide for class descriptions.
Our Commons Building and beautiful Lehman Center for the Arts provide students with hands-on experiential learning in STEM, Civic Engagement, Empathy, and Art. Our newly renovated science labs offer generous spaces for research and academic work. Students at Harley enjoy coming to school each day. They relish the opportunity to learn in this dynamic environment.
