Benefiting the Leaders and Scholars of Tomorrow
The Harley School will hold its annual Gala for BLAST fundraiser, at Temple B'rith Kodesh on March 16, 2013. This black tie optional event will begin at 6:00 pm with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and a wonderful silent auction. The auction will close at 8pm to give our guests time to check out the grazing stations before the live auction at 9:00pm. Beginning at 8:00 and following the auction, dance to the lively music of Nik Lite.
Last year 300 people attended this important event which netted more than $95,000 for Harley and Horizons students. Funds raised from sponsorships, advertising, and live and silent auction donations and the 50/50 raffle benefit all Harley families and will be used to bridge the $5,500 gap between tuition and the actual cost of a Harley education. In addition, 10% of our proceeds will be used to provide tuition assistance for the Horizons summer enrichment program students.
Here’s how you can support BLAST:
Above all—come to the event on March 16th. All members of the Harley community and the Rochester community are invited and encouraged to attend. Whether you come to bid on a favored auction item or just to socialize, we want you there to enjoy the festive environment and to show your support for Harley.
Become a sponsor, advertise in our BLAST program, or donate an item to auction at the BLAST event. By doing so, you help defray the cost of the event and thus support Harley and Horizons students. The sponsorship and advertising opportunities are what determine the success of this event and your donation is tax deductible.
