Since graduating from The Harley School, Allison Urban-Spillane ’16 has continued to blend creativity, empathy, and drive in everything she does. After several years as a digital product designer at Health Recovery Solutions, Allison recently joined Elligint Health as a Product Designer, where she continues to create tools that enhance patient care and accessibility.
Her dedication to teamwork and leadership—rooted in her Harley athletics experience—now extends beyond the workplace. Allison was recently elected President of the National Intercollegiate Women’s Fencing Association (NIWFA) and was invited to speak and give a fencing demonstration at the NYC Power Play Gala, supporting women in sports.
True to her love of challenge, Allison is also a committed distance runner—competing in the recent New York City Marathon and already training for the Honolulu Marathon next.
Whether designing health tech or leading on the fencing strip, Allison continues to embody the Harley spirit of curiosity, compassion, and perseverance.
