- Lower School (Nursery-Grade 4): Playdates and classroom visits ensure a smooth transition.
- Middle & Upper School (Grades 5-12): Entrance exams, transcripts, recommendations, and optional shadow days provide a comprehensive picture.
- International Students (Grades 8-12): Limited spots, English proficiency required, homestay options available.

Financial Assistance Opportunities
Financial aid is available to qualified families, making our exceptional programs accessible.
- Tuition: $19,400 – $29,200 (Kindergarten – Grade 12)
- Need-Based Scholarships: We awarded over $3 million in 2023, with an average aid package covering 47% of tuition.
- Acorn Grants (Nursery & Pre-K): Up to $3,000 for pre-K and up to $5,000 K-Grade 12, for families who may not qualify for traditional aid.

Transferring to Harley
Harley welcomes transfers at all levels, from Nursery to Grade 12. We understand that transitioning to a new school can be unfamiliar, but our friendly student body and supportive teachers ensure a smooth integration. New students quickly feel at home through:
