Investing in Your Child’s Future: Tuition & Financial Assistance

Our goal is to partner with families to make a Harley education accessible and transparent. We are here to guide you every step of the way. 61% of Harley families receive some form of financial assistance.

Perspective Families

Harley’s Financial Assistance program is designed to help make a Harley education accessible to qualified students and families. All awards are need-based and are communicated alongside admission decisions. Families must complete an annual application through Clarity to demonstrate continued financial need and be considered for assistance in subsequent years. Admission decisions are made independently of financial assistance.

Returning Families

The deadline for returning student Financial Assistance applications in Clarity is December 4, 2026. We look forward to sending your grant through Clarity at the same time your re-enrollment contract is sent in February.

Tuition

For the 2026-27 school year, tuition ranges from $20,000–34,500 (Nursery–Grade 12).

Harley’s tuition covers our comprehensive academic program, including:

  • Before school care (starting at 7:30 am)
  • Snacks and homemade lunches
  • Textbooks and some classroom supplies
  • 1:1 Chromebook (starting in Grade 5)
  • Experiential field trips for our Lower School students
  • Full-time college counselor
  • PSAT testing fee

Our Commitment to Economic Diversity

Socioeconomic diversity enriches our entire community, fostering deeper empathy, broader perspectives, and a more vibrant classroom dynamic. Harley is committed to ensuring that qualified students have access to a transformational education, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances.

To support this commitment, we dedicate significant financial resources each year to our Need-Based Tuition Assistance Program.

  • Need-Based Philosophy: All financial aid at Harley is granted based on demonstrated financial need. We do not offer merit-based scholarships, prioritizing direct access for families who require assistance.
  • Confidential & Independent: Applying for tuition assistance is a completely confidential process handled by a dedicated committee. Financial aid requests are evaluated independently of admissions and enrollment decisions and will never impact a student’s eligibility for acceptance.

How to Apply for Financial Assistance (Prospective and Returning Families)

Harley uses Clarity, a secure online financial assistance portal, to determine need-based financial assistance awards. The process is separate from the admission application process. The application is a streamlined and mobile-friendly way for families to safely share key financial information with Harley. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete, and you can save your progress and return anytime. A Harley education is an investment in your child's future and we're committed to helping you make it a possibility. Contact enrollment@harleyschool.org with questions.
