Hall of Famer: Coach Peter Mancuso

Peter Mancuso, Physical Education, 1998-2002, PE Director, 2002-2023 was inducted into the Section Five Swimming and Diving Hall of Fame in August. Lorie Rick, Physical Education, 1999-2025, was there to support her former colleague!

Peter has been on the trajectory for this honor for a while. He reached a milestone in his coaching career back in 2021.

  • HAC Boys’ over-all record 213-86-7
  • HAC Girls’ over-all record 173-54
  • 5-time Boys’ Class D Sectional Champion
  • 11-time Boys’ Genesee Region Division Title Champion
  • 12-time Boys’ Genesee Region League Meet Champion
  • 7-time Girls’ Intersectional Champion
  • 16-time Girls ‘ Genesee Region Division Title Champion
  • 9-time Genesee Region League Meet Champion
  • 7 New York State Meet qualifiers

Other Accomplishments:

  • 2021 Democrat & Chronicle Boys’ Coach of the Year
  • 6-time Boys’ Class D Coach of the Year
  • 5-time Boys’ Genesee Region Coach of the Year
  • Class D Swimming & Diving Chairman
  • Section V Executive Committee Liaison for Boys’ Swimming & Diving
