Did you know Harley once had a cookbook? The Harley Family Cookbook was created in 1975 under Headmaster (1963-77) Stephen Hinrichs P '66, '67, '68. The cookbook is filled with throwback recipes, including a section for “canapes” (apparently this is a bread or pastry with a savory topping), and artwork by Harley students throughout.
